People Matters TechHR is Asia’s largest HR Technology Conference attended by the who’s who of the HR world. And yes, your favourite Autogram was among the 27 startups shortlisted from around a 100 applications, this year!

The world of HR has evolved magnanimously over the decades. Some of them are going global from local, universal access instead of a restricted one, from a labour intensive one to a digital one and has become a more engaging process. However, the important role that it plays still remains intact.

TechHR offers the opportunity of engaging with some exceptional HR leaders and knowing more about the trending HR products and services. We all know that change is imperative and the right one, progressive. With the intention of taking another step forward in the forever evolving world of of HR, this event made a bigger impact than expected.

Aditya and Devank from Team Autogram were there and now, let’s buckle up to have a closer look at what their experience was like:

• The two-day event was organised at The Leela in Gurgaon.
• They interacted with the HR heads of more than a 100 companies including successful MNCs and start-ups.
• Everything even remotely connected to HR was available under one roof - products, services, debates and many more - you name it!
• The end-to-end recruitment solutions that Autogram provides received a warm welcome and the idea was hailed as an excellent one.
• Autogram now expects at least 30 new clients to come onboard and trust us with our recruitment solutions.
• The experience was a phenomenal one and certainly worth all the hype.

It’s something that so many wanted to attend and just a few could. We are trying to be as humble as possible, but, just like Harvey Specter says “It’s not bragging if it’s true.”
